Returns and Exchanges
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In the event that 14 days have passed we will consider any valid request past this deadline. Please contact us if required.
We accept returns if the shipped items have been damaged or if an incorrect product has been shipped to you.
To complete your return please follow the below:
1.Please contact us (see contact details below) with proof of purchase and description of the fault, damage or issue. Please do not forget to provide your contact details so our friendly team to get back to you.
2.We’ll reply to your returns request and will advise if the return or exchange has been authorised and provide further instructions.
3.To return your product, you should mail it to: 100 Lower Plenty Road, Rosanna, VIC, 3084, Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
4.If you opt to return the products in-person please contact us first to schedule a date and time for you to drop it off.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We only refund the price paid for the returned product without the freight charge.
Returns, exchanges and refunds for international customers
The above policy does not cover international customers. If you are an international customer, please contact us to discuss your issue as we will endeavour to assist you as best we can.
If you placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us via email immediately. In the event that the order hasn’t been processed and shipped out yet we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched, we will advise you on how to return your product. Please note that we will not reimburse you for postage and handling.
