Psyllium Husk for Children
Kids need to have half an adult portion of Psyllium Husk: Start with 1/2 teaspoon of psyllium seed blended well in 1/4 cup aloe vera juice and 1/4 cup fruit juice, and boost dose and frequency as required– approximately 2 teaspoons, 3 times a day. Utilize more liquid (juice or water) to dilute it if the mix gets too thick for your kid’s taste.
If your kid is taking either wild oregano oil or probiotics in the early morning also, then provide them either of those supplements initially; wait 15 minutes, and after that offer the psyllium seed.
If your kid truly does not like this mix, however you see a clear advantage, then attempt offering them 2 apples rather. Even one apple might suffice to have a helpful impact. They must have no issue consuming the 1/4 cup of aloe vera juice which tastes much like water.
